Composition
 

Are part of the Standing Committee;
 
The chairman of the present conference.
 
The chairman of the previous conference.
 
A chairman-co-ordinator for each one of the national states.
 
 

Tasks
 

The Standing Committee of the Calre fills because of its chairmanship the following tasks:
 
a. Convening its members so that the Plenary Meeting can be prepared within six months following the date of the last conference.
 
b. Determining the order of the day of the next conference, including the topics of conversation for the Plenary Meeting.
 
c. Appointing chairmen who have to elaborate, present and defend reports and others who have to act as panel chairmen.
 
d. Solving any institutional or representative case of public or community importance that has to be the subject of a collegiate decision.
 
e. Holding a preparatory meeting on the eve of the opening of the Plenary Meeting. During that meeting, the Standing Committee will make a decision about accepting emergency amendments, duration of the intervention period and the matters and final details that are necessary for a normal course of the Plenary Meeting, and this in co-operation with the chairman of the Calre.
 
f. Making urgent decisions through a written process, on the initiative of the host chairman as well as other chairmen, and this at least fifteen working days before the set date for making decisions, provided that it does not concern an expression of one's will that endangers the Plenary Meeting.
